General Information About Consultations:
Consultations are provided by Gestalt practitioners (4th- and 5th-year students in Gestalt therapy training) who are currently undergoing professional training. All work is conducted within the Gestalt approach and is regularly supported by professional supervision, providing an additional level of quality, accountability, and safety in the therapeutic process.
Gestalt therapists are professionals who have completed their training, fulfilled the required number of practical training hours, and are beginning independent professional practice. Their work may also be supported by supervision, helping to maintain high professional standards and continuous professional development.
A Gestalt practitioner is a specialist who is completing professional training and undertaking the required practical work. Their work is regularly supervised and meets the training standards for Gestalt counsellors.

Consultation Process:
The first consultation is a relaxed opportunity to get acquainted and talk about what is important to you at the moment. You do not need to prepare a specific request in advance or know where to begin — the therapist will help guide the conversation at your own pace.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, become familiar with the way the consultations work, and see whether this format feels right for you.
