Our Approach
Growth with Professional Support
CONTACTA by Baltic Institute for Psychotherapy is a modern Gestalt practice providing a safe and professionally supervised environment. CONTACTA is a socially oriented project implemented within the ecosystem of the Baltic Institute for Psychotherapy, the PSYPHY Centre, and the Baltic Association for Psychotherapy.
Consultations are provided by Gestalt practitioners in training and Gestalt therapists (certified professionals).
Their professional work is supported through regular supervision with experienced professionals.
Consultations take place in a confidential environment, with clear professional boundaries and ethical principles.
Our model allows us to offer professionally supported consultations at a more accessible price while maintaining a strong focus on the quality of the work and professional responsibility.
Our Process
A clear path to support and understanding
The CONTACTA consultation process starts simply: three clear steps from booking your consultation to continuing your work with a specialist.
1
Booking a consultation
Choose your language, format, time, specialist category and preferred specialist, or let the system select one for you, and book your consultation.
2
First consultation
During your first meeting, you will get to know your specialist and discuss your concerns, expectations, and current difficulties.
3
Continuing the work
Together with your specialist, you can adapt the ongoing work to your needs — agreeing on the frequency of sessions, the focus of the work, and the next steps.
Our Team
A team dedicated to supporting you
Our team brings together Gestalt practitioners who are currently undergoing professional training, Gestalt therapists — professionals who have completed their training and are in the process of establishing their professional practice — as well as experienced supervisors who support practitioners in their work and create a space for professional support and development.

Frequently Asked Questions
Consultations are provided by Gestalt practitioners (4th- and 5th-year students in Gestalt therapy training) who are currently undergoing professional training. All work is conducted within the Gestalt approach and is regularly supported by professional supervision, providing an additional level of quality, accountability, and safety in the therapeutic process.
Gestalt therapists are professionals who have completed their training, fulfilled the required number of practical training hours, and are beginning independent professional practice. Their work may also be supported by supervision, helping to maintain high professional standards and continuous professional development.
Practitioners in training work within the scope of their professional training and regularly receive supervision from experienced professionals. This is an important part of their practice and helps ensure the quality and safety of the consultation process.
Consultations are available to people aged 18 and over.
