Rescheduling and Cancellation

A consultation may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If a consultation is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, rescheduling is not possible and the payment is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the consultation, the payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule the consultation once to another convenient time.

If a suitable alternative time cannot be found and the client decides not to proceed, the payment is non-refundable.
